Thrilled Grandmother Shows Off Meeting Taylor Swift

 

 

On Thursday, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce were seen kissing while on a romantic holiday on Harbour Island in the Bahamas. The couple, who spent private time at the $15K-a-night Rosalita House estate, appeared to be in love as they waded into the crystal-clear water and wrapped their arms around one other.

 

After adjusting to the temperature, the “Cruel Summer” singer and Kansas City Chiefs star, both 34, sat in the shallow water and hugged. As they settled into the surf waves, Swift leaned down to kiss the NFL player who was holding her close.

 

Travis is not the only one enjoying Taylor’s company, a fan shared a photo of his grandmother and tagged the phot ‘My grandmother is an icon and so is Taylor Swift’. The grandmother who is obviously a Swifty could not stop smiling as she took a photo with Taylor Swift.

 

Swift donned a provocative yellow Montce bikini (top $143, bottom $94) and black sunglasses while holding a beverage in one hand. She wrapped her hair back in a braid and appeared to go makeup-free for the PDA-filled beach day.

 

Kelce, for his part, chose a pair of blue striped swim trunks. When the sun-kissed couple returned to shore, they cleaned themselves off and exchanged a few more kisses before lying out to catch some sun.

Jason Kelce made a not-so-subtle hint to his younger brother, Travis Kelce, and the Chiefs’ star’s romance with Taylor Swift at the end of this week’s episode of their ‘New Heights’ podcast.

During a portion of their interview with new Philadelphia Eagle Saquon Barkley, the running back talked about wanting to be the next Apollo Creed, one of the main characters from the ‘Rocky’ film franchise.

Jason Kelce then told Barkley to ‘throw it out there’ because ‘stuff happens when it goes out on New Heights’.

 

The hint referenced was Travis gushing over Swift on an episode over the summer after attending ‘The Eras Tour’ in Kansas City. The younger Kelce wanted to meet Swift at the show, going as far to make her a friendship bracelet, common among Swift’s fans, with his number on it.

Although the meeting did not originally happen at one of Swift’s concerts, Swift later said his shout out to her on ‘New Heights’ got her attention and kickstarted their romance.

Swift and Kelce have been dating publicly since September, when she attended a Chiefs game

 ‘Acting is hard but I think about it like this: why can’t I be the big dude that fights? It can’t be that hard. You know what I mean?’ Barkley said. ‘Just fight a little bit, get punched in the face, lose and then you make money off it. I’m not trying to be Leo (DiCaprio).’

‘So are you trying to be the next Creed?’ Travis said.

‘Why not? Let’s make a story. I’m coming to Philadelphia,’ Barkley responded.

‘Seriously, you just throw it out there,’ Jason Kelce added. ‘Stuff happens when it goes out on New Heights. Speak it into existence.’

‘Just go over to the Philadelphia museum and start running steps and punch the air,’ Travis interjected.

‘Dude, Philadelphia would go freaking crazy,’ Jason concluded.

Kelce and Swift have since attended each others concerts and games for several months

Travis’ reference to the Philadelphia Museum of Art is one of the most famous scenes in the ‘Rocky’ franchise.

Rocky Balboa, played by Sylvester Stallone, trains for his title fight against Creed by running through the streets of Philadelphia before climbing the multiple flights of stairs in front of the museum, which are now dubbed the ‘Rocky Steps’.

In terms of Travis’ manifestation, his relationship with Swift has garnered massive mainstream attention and skyrocketed his celebrity profile.

Kelce has been seen at her concerts in Argentina, Australia, and Singapore, while Swift attended 13 Chiefs games last season, including all four Kansas City playoff victories.

Swift journeyed from a Tokyo stop of ‘The Eras Tour’ to make it to Las Vegas for the Super Bowl in under 24 hours.
