Love Island: All Stars winners Molly Smith and Tom Clare headed to the gym in matching trainers on Manchester on Wednesday.

Molly, 29, and Tom, 24, wore matching bright pink running trainers for the outing, with Molly teaming hers with a zip-up grey top and darker leggings.

She carried a large pink gym bag and crossed her arms as she walked a little behind Tom, who hails from Barnsley.

Tom wore a dark grey jumper set and a matching baseball cap with a black gym bag in one hand and a water bottle in the other.

It comes after a source told MailOnline Tom and Made In Chelsea star Ruby Adler, 27, were ‘exchanging heartfelt messages just hours before he entered the villa’ – and before he was romnatically involved with Molly.

A source told MailOnline: ‘Tom and Ruby were seeing each other for several weeks before he went on Love Island: All Stars.

‘After Tom slid into her DMs, they met up in person and started dating, with Ruby often staying over at Tom’s place.

‘He took the opportunity to go back onto Love Island for the All Stars series, which massively threw a spanner in the works, and left Ruby completely perplexed.

‘Before he entered the villa, he messaged her a heartfelt goodbye and explained he was having his phone taken away by producers, and then he met Molly… it definitely wasn’t easy for Ruby to watch all of the events of the show unfold.’

The reality stars had grown so close that Tom was said to be messaging Ruby just moments before he had his phone confiscated by TV producers ahead of his entrance on the show, which he eventually won.

Since scooping the £50,000 prize, the footballer’s romance with Molly is still going strong, whereas he and Ruby have completely cut off contact.

Meanwhile, Ruby has been publicly single since her split from convicted drug dealer Nicholas Sinclair, who is now dating OnlyFans model Jemma Lucy.

Semi-professional football player Tom took to TikTok to share a sweet video of a hotel bed covered in roses spelling out the words: ‘Will you be my girlfriend?’

Molly penned a caption over the top reading: ‘Can’t believe Tom done this for me ahh [sic]’, with the video also showing an abundance of heart shaped balloons.

The move would soon be repeated by the couple’s co-star Josh Ritchie when he asked Sophie Piper the same question.

After becoming the first-ever All Stars champions, Tom insisted he has no doubts that Molly, 29, and her ex Callum, 27, who also starred, are over.

Molly and Callum appeared together on series six and were together for three-and-a-half years.

Tom believes there was no sign of a connection between them in the South African villa, though he was irritated that fans were asking them to reunite.

He also revealed in order to make his relationship with Molly work he’s moved from London to Manchester.

The star has since made the move which coincides with him rejoining his old football team Macclesfield.

Speaking to the Wednesdays podcast, Tom said: ‘I’ve come out and I’ve seen a lot of messages that say Molly and Callum should get back together and it’s s*** to see, it is s***, but in the villa there was no sign of it.

‘If there had been an inkling, if there was flirting, I would have addressed it but there was nothing at all.

‘I understand it, they want the fairytale and they had been together a long time but at the end of the day it is still s*** to see.’
