The first contestant to face the public vote has been revealed

CELEBRITY Big Brother viewers spotted a major editing blunder in tonight’s show.

It came as David Potts made his Diary Room debut in typically excitable fashion.

The Ibiza Weekender star was delighted to sit in the famous multi-coloured chair.

He kicked back and reclined in its curved frame, extending his bare legs over the arm rest.

The reality star reflected on being one of three contestants at risk of facing eviction courtesy of Louis Walsh and Sharon Osbourne.

He, Gary Goldsmith and Zeze Mills all failed to impress the X Factor judges as they analysed their fellow housemates from a secret room.

David said: “I’m not surprised. I feel like I get that a lot wherever I go. People at first are like eurgh, and then all of a sudden they’re gonna love me because I am actually a nice person.”

During the chat, the camera cut to a hallway shot, which appeared to have been taken before the house had been completed.

The giveaway being the carpet underlay was visible.

One account on X wrote: “They just used a stock image of the corridor from when the renovations were still going on???”

Another person commented: “Glad I’m not the only one who noticed.”

Reassured, a third said: “So I wasn’t tripping.”

In tonight’s sister show Late & Live, Sharon announced that Gary was her choice to face the first public vote.

Kate Middleton’s uncle faces an uphill battle now as viewers will vote to keep their favourite contestant in the house later in the week.

He opened up about his royal connections in tonight’s show.

Housemates Sharon and Louis were quick to quiz Gary about the Royal deserters Meghan Markle and Prince Harry after the couple cashed in on their connections.

Gary said: “So I have an opinion that Harry was really, really really loved and when they were a threesome, so Kate, William and Harry they got really comfortable together, and then suddenly there’s an extra dynamic that comes in, puts a stick in the spokes and creates so much drama that I don’t genuinely think is there, and rewrites the history, saying they’re unhappy with us and I just don’t think that’s fair.”
