Taylor Swift fans were understandably worried after a video surfaced online showing the singer struggling to get through a song during the Singapore leg of her Eras Tour.
Swift appeared to be somewhat under the weather while on stage.
The video below, which popped up on TikTok, shows the pop sensation coughing and clearing her throat on multiple occasions while going through her performance.
Below are some comments compiled by Page Six:
“Hope she’s ok fr [for real],” one person commented on the viral clip.
“You can hear a raspy [sic] tone in her voice, she also seems more calm and reserved in her movements,” a second person observed, adding, “The show must go on…a queen.”
“I can only imagine how exhausting it must be whilst on tour giving 100 with every performance. She’s incredible!” a third person chimed in.
“Homegirl is fighting for her life,” a commenter wrote.
“She looks so tired. Hope she gets rest soon!” another agreed. “She’s working so hard. She needs rest.”
Fans would also point out that the drastic changes in weather conditions are likely affecting Taylor as she’s been hopping from country to country on said tour, having last performed in Australia.
“I’m betting it has more to do with all the drastic weather changes in different regions,” one commented.
“oh no..finally i was wondering how she can do all these eras tour without getting sick coz damn queen was performing with all that rain n heat,” said another.
Taylor still has three shows left in Singapore before she gets a break. She will have a month off before getting back to the tour in May, with France next up on the schedule.
Swifites fear Taylor Swift’s entire Eras Tour could be cancelled after she appeared sick during Singapore show: ‘She needs a break’
Swifties have been sent into meltdown after footage went viral of Taylor Swift appearing to nurse a cold during her first show in Singapore.
The megastar, 34, who recently wrapped her whirlwind tour of Australia, was seen coughing as she performed her hit song Delicate at National Stadium on Saturday evening.
Fans have grown concerned this could be a sign Swift will cancel the rest of her Eras world tour due to sickness.

Swift is due to perform three more shows in Singapore before flying to France to continue her global tour.
It comes as Southeast Asia Swifties have grown enraged over Swift performing only one stop in the area under controversial circumstances.
Singapore is Swift’s only stop in South-East Asia, after it was reported the country is paying the pop star $4.3million per show to perform there exclusively.

‘Singapore paid a hefty amount so that NO other South-East Asian country can have their chances,’ complained a fan on social media.
‘Should boycott Singapore and Taylor,’ wrote another.
‘Typical Singaporean behaviour, they would do anything to get one up on their neighbours,’ complained another.

Swift’s grant from the Singapore Tourism Board to bring her tour to the wealthy nation sparked a row between the neighboring countries.
Thailand‘s Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin last month accused Singapore of paying Swift millions per concert to secure her exclusively, something he found out after the deal was cut.
Speaking at the Bangkok iBusiness Forum 2024 Thavisin said ‘The Singaporean government is clever. They told not to hold any other shows in Asia.’
The Thai PM called Singapore’s move ‘astute’, adding he’d long wondered why Swift had not opted to play in Thailand.
The Singaporean shows will likely be a boom to the economy. Swift has sold out six nights at the 55,000-seat National Stadium this month.
