Taurasi took advantage of a moment during the broadcast when Angel Reese appeared on screen saying goodbye to a Middle Tennessee player to let loose her derisive and belittling comment about Reese.

“Wave bye bye to your own career”, Diana said as the clip played even though Angel Reese and LSU Tigers did not advance to the Final Four during the 2024 NCAA Tournament.

A somewhat amusing, albeit very direct moment Taurasi had when she pokes fun at Reese’s college career.
