Female artist SZA leads the Grammy nominations with 9 nominations, surpassing strong rivals Taylor Swift, Miley Cyrus and Billie Eilish.

SZA (34), whose real name is Solána Imani Rowe, earned Grammy nominations for Album of the Year for SOS , Record of the Year and Song of the Year for Kill Bill , and was shortlisted in multiple genres Genres include pop, rap and even R&B.
