The actress and musician enjoyed the Mexican dish and celebrated their “culinary heritage”

Salma Hayek and Camila Cabello are proud of their heritage.

In a silly video Hayek shared to Instagram, the Mexican-American actress and the Cuban-Mexican-American singer indulged in tacos in celebration of National Taco Day on Wednesday, Oct. 4.

“In London with @camila_cabello celebrating our culinary heritage on #NationalTacoDay,” Hayek writes in the caption in both English and Spanish.

In the video, Hayek excitedly says, “National Taco Day, Camila!” to which Cabello simply exclaims, “Oh my God,” as the two scoop salsas onto their tacos.

Goodboys’ “Bongo Cha Cha Cha” plays in the background of the short video, which features stills and short clips of the two women enjoying the tacos.

Edited-in clones of Cabello and Hayek randomly fly across the screen as the two eat their tacos and dance around in their seats.

At the end of the video, the two women celebrate the Mexican dish with one final salute.

“Viva los tacos,” Cabello and Hayek shout to each other as they touch tacos as a way of saying “cheers.”

The music lets out an “mmm” of delight that lines up with the actress and songstress taking big bites of their tacos.

Hayek is a true food lover. In March, after the Oscars 2023 ceremony, the House of Gucci actress, 56, posted a video to Instagram of her eating in a kitchen after the event, with her beautiful red sequin halter gown completely unzipped at the back.

As Hayek turns around with a sandwich in her mouth, her friend announces off-screen: “Expectation vs. reality.”

“Happy to keep the glamour going but first things first,” Hayek captioned the post, which shows her stationed at a counter lined with glassware.

Earlier in the year, in February, the actress posted a video enjoying her room service.
