Drafted by the Wizards this summer, Alexandre Sarr has already played two games for his franchise in the NBA. Enough, according to him, to make a first observation about the game developed in the league and its main peculiarities.
Quite a start. The second pick in the 2024 Draft, Alexandre Sarr made an extremely dangerous debut in the NBA.
It would be hard to do worse than a confrontation with the defending champions, in this case the Celtics. This was confirmed on the Capital One Arena court, where the Wizards suffered their first loss (102-122) that taught many lessons to their rookie.
Especially in contrast to Jayson Tatum, the young Frenchman quickly realized the gap in skill level that still separates him from such stars. The Boston winger was really sure of that.

It’s important for him to adapt as quickly as possible to play.
Even before completing his first week of NBA action, Alex Sarr claims to have realized the importance of physical recovery. In a league where intensity is frenetic and distance is the rule, it really can’t be ignored.
