Caitlin Clark is destined for a future in the WNBA after her incredible performances for the Iowa Hawkeyes in the NCAA tournament and the draft gets underway on Monday next week.
Clark is expected to be the No.1 overall pick for the WNBA Draft which could mean that she will be playing for the Indiana Fever, where she would become a teammate of Aliyah Boston who was last year’s No.1 draft pick.

Clark spoke to SportsCenter on Tuesday to discuss what her future holds and she was asked what she is most looking forward to about the step up to the WNBA.
“I think being ready to learn, I think that’s the biggest thing,” Clark said.
“I know there’s a new challenge in front of me. It’s a fresh chapter in life, but that’s what excites me the most.
“It’s obviously a lot different going into college, but I think that’s the biggest thing, just the challenge as a competitor. That’s what you love. That’s what I’m looking forward to the most.”
Clark makes history at Iowa
Clark has become a huge name in women’s basketball recently and she is now the NCAA‘s all-time leading scorer. She is also leaving Iowa as their all-time leader in assists with 1,144.

Clark showed her ability to impact every aspect of the game this past season by averaging 31.6 points, 8.9 assists and 7.4 rebounds.
Part of her rise in stature has been helped by the perceived rivalry with LSU Tigers’ Angel Reese, with both players looking set for many years in the WNBA.
