While Victor Wembanyama continues to panic the web with his performances, Shaquille O’Neal admits that he is impressed by the Frenchman. 

During a recent podcast, he dropped a nice compliment for Wemby.

Author of a crazy season, Victor Wembanyama has been praised by many personalities for months. 

Just this week, Draymond Green has been raving about the Frenchman, to the point where he sees him winning an MVP title very soon . 

He is not the only one to congratulate the Frenchman, since Shaquille O’Neal added his compliment.

However, it’s stranger with the Big Cactus. 

The latter has sometimes downplayed Wembanyama’s prowess in the past, preferring to recall that Bol Bol was the first to trivialize this type of performance for such a great player. 

However, when he has to talk about the players of tomorrow, Shaq is convinced that Victor will have a great career.

In his recent podcast, “The Big Pod,” O’Neal was asked about players who can make the big leap. 

Understand by this to become superstars in this league, like LeBron James or what Luka Doncic has been doing for a few seasons. 

And when it is necessary to name 3 players, Shaq makes sure to save a place for Victor.

But you forgot one name: Shai Gilgeous-Alexander.

“If I had to name 3 players, it would be: Tyrese Haliburton, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and I would also have to choose Victor. »

Shaq didn’t really elaborate more than that on Wembanyama, but we know that he remains admiring of the Frenchman’s talent. 

The latter has all the qualities to become a superstar in the NBA, especially at Spurs, a place where he can benefit from the best possible experience.
