Caitlin Clark is reaching fans that haven’t even been born yet.
While in attendance and supporting the Pacers during their first-round playoff series against the Bucks, the Indiana Fever’s No. 1 draft pick signed a fan’s ultrasound picture.
The video captures Clark laughing, likely at the surprising ask, while in the stands for the game that saw the Pacers eventually pull off a 121-118 overtime win to take a 2-1 lead in the series thanks to a three-point play from Tyrese Haliburton with 1.1 seconds remaining.

Clark memorabilia has only increased in popularity amid her run to another national championship appearance with Iowa and a record-breaking campaign that saw her become the leader in points across all Division I programs — both men’s and women’s.
She helped Iowa earn a No. 1 seed in the NCAA Tournament, eliminate LSU — the defending national champions — in the Elite Eight and defeat Connecticut in the Final Four before falling to undefeated South Carolina in the title game.
Then, the spotlight following Clark shifted to the WNBA and the Fever, which haven’t finished with a winning record since 2018.

“That’s definitely our goal is to get back to championship habits,” Clark after getting selected No. 1 overall in the WNBA draft. “ I’m very lucky to be going there to an organization that really loves women’s basketball. …
There’s a lot of young talent on the team, and just getting back to the playoffs and doing everything we can to win a lot of basketball games is certainly the goal.”
Ticket sales saw a spark, and arenas were shifted to larger venues — even before Clark was drafted — to the Fever out of pure excitement at any shot to see her play.
