Amid their jam-packed schedules, Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift are committed to showing up for each other when it counts.
On Sunday, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end was seen inside Paris’ La Défense Arena attending the final night of Swift’s Eras Tour performances in France. It was his first time seeing her largely revamped live show, after missing her first few concerts as he filmed Ryan Murphy’s Grotesquerie in Los Angeles earlier in the week.
“Travis couldn’t wait to attend Taylor’s European leg of her Eras tour,” a source tells ET. “He was very excited to see Taylor in action yet again, and enjoys watching her perform and singing along.”
The source adds, “He’s a very supportive partner, as is she. The two are making it a point to celebrate each other’s achievements, and show up when it matters most.”
Kelce has been a longtime Swiftie, attending her Eras show in Kansas City, Missouri, as a fan last summer before the couple connected and ultimately went public with their romance in September.
In the months that followed, Swift became a mainstay at Kelce’s NFL games throughout the duration of his season. The songstress was frequently seen attending his matchups, dressed festively in Chiefs gear and showing her signature enthusiasm for every jaw-dropping play.
“When you say a relationship is public, that means I’m going to see him do what he loves, we’re showing up for each other, other people are there and we don’t care,” Swift said in an interview with Time, which was published in December.
“The opposite of that is you have to go to an extreme amount of effort to make sure no one knows that you’re seeing someone. And we’re just proud of each other.”
Swift — who is well known for her love of symbolism, Easter eggs and numerical significance — delivered a number of sweet references to her beau during her 87th Eras Tour performance on Sunday. The number holds a special weight as Kelce wears the no. 87 jersey for the Chiefs.
The 34-year-old songstress appeared to pay tribute to the team’s colors with her wardrobe, donning a glittery yellow and red two-toned costume during the 1989 portion of her set. (For his part, Kelce has previously said that 1989 is his favorite album of Swift’s.)
During her new The Tortured Poets Department set, Swift appeared to blow a kiss in Kelce’s direction as she began singing “So High School.” The song — about the joy of a new romance that has her feeling like a teenager — has been widely rumored to have been written about Swift’s relationship with Kelce.
