Taylor Swift says that Travis Kelce singing ‘You Belong With Me’ to her is the most romantic thing that has ever happened to her “That was the most romantic thing that’s ever happened to me! …Then we met in the middle and I was like, ‘What is happening in my life right now?!’”
Taylor Swift had a sweet reaction to boyfriend Travis Kelce serenading her with her song “You Belong With Me” at his team’s Super Bowl afterparty.
In a clip shared on X Wednesday, the “Cruel Summer” singer and the Kansas City Chiefs star were talking about the moment in festivities at Zouk Nightclub with Chainsmoker musician Drew Taggart and his girlfriend, model Marianne Fonseca.
“I love how he just came very quickly when your song was on,” Fonseca said to Swift, 34, before they introduced themselves to one another.
“That was the most romantic thing ever.”
Kelce, also 34, then explained to Taggart that the timing of the song being played was “perfect” because he was just coming out of the bathroom.
The “Bad Blood” singer added that they “met in the middle” for the impromptu romantic moment.
“I was like, ‘What is happening in my life right now?’” she explained as Kelce kissed her on the cheek.
The quick conversation came after the tight end and Swift shared a sweet moment at the afterparty Sunday.
In videos shared online, Kelce stood at the DJ booth as he sang along to “You Belong With Me” before spotting his girlfriend in the crowd and singing to her.
At another point in the night, the couple — who went public in September — looked into each other’s eyes as they sang the words to an EDM remix of “Love Story,” another hit of the 14-time Grammy winner’s 2008 album, “Fearless.”
After smiling while mouthing the lyrics, “It’s a love story, baby just say yes,” Swift — who was wearing Kelce’s sparkling Amiri blazer — wrapped her arms around her beau’s neck and kissed him.

After Travis hugged his mom, Donna Kelce, he then hugged and kissed Swift.
The three-time Super Bowl champ thanked the singer for traveling from Tokyo to Las Vegas to make it for his big game.
“Thank you for the support. Thank you for coming. Thank you for making it halfway across the world. You’re the best, baby.”
