Steph, Ayesha received shocking Break-up advice from Gabrielle Union

NBA power couple Stephen Curry and Ayesha Curry are the stars of the Golden State Warriors. They both have a gorgeous family with three adorable children and are accomplished in their own industries.

However, if the Warriors guard’s devoted wife had listened to Gabrielle Union, another NBA WAG, things would have turned out very differently.

Union, who is wed to NBA legend Dwyane Wade, advised Steph and Ayesha to just call it quits and try dating other people during a trying time in their marriage.

“I was like, ‘You guys, the likelihood of this working out is very low and you should just break up now and have sex with other people,’” Union revealed during an Instagram Live chat with the Currys on Tuesday.

“I used a little different language but is that not what I told y’all both?” she added.

Ayesha later corroborated Union’s “wisdom,” which she had heard during the birthday celebration of retired NBA player Dorell Wright a few years prior.

“You looked at me and said, ‘How old are you? OK,’” Ayesha said.  Union replied with, “Precisely, because I was a THOT.”

Eventually, Steph and Ayesha were able to mend their friendship and lay a solid spiritual basis.

Union and Wade defended themselves by saying that they were going through a different stage of their relationship at the time.

Even D-Wade joined in, apologizing to the two and saying, “That’s not who we are anymore.”

Gabrielle also gave the Currys credit for choosing the appropriate course for mending their marital problems.

“There are very, very few people that I have met who have been consistent. I’ve known you guys for well over a decade and there are a lot of people who talk about faith and there’s a lot of people who talk about moving the culture forward, but something isn’t real somewhere,” she said.

On the other side, the Wades have also become more relaxed since getting married in 2014. In 2018, the couple gave birth to a stunning baby girl named Kaavia James.
