Prince Williams unveils six-reason why he finds it difficult to forgive Brother Prince Harry Amid Reconciliation

In his latest Palace Confidential newsletter, Eden suggests that Prince William remains resolute on this matter, indicating a potential future stance when he ascends the throne.

A reconciliation attempt

He speculates that Harry may find himself increasingly isolated within the family circle, echoing sentiments expressed by the late Queen regarding the Sussexes’ desire to be financially independent.

“What I hear is that, while the King is keen to mend fences with his younger son, Prince William is adamant that the Royal Household should stick with the Sandringham summit agreement with Queen Elizabeth of 2020,” writes Eden.

“The King, my colleague Rebecca English was told, was firmly of the opinion that there was no way back for Harry as a working royal ‘in any way, shape or form’.

“Now, Harry wants to return to royal duties, in some form, I am told. But this week he’s been given a taste of what to expect when his brother is King – isolation.

“There is no way that the Sussexes will ever be allowed to rejoin ‘The Firm’ when William’s on the throne, unless they give up money-making and apologise for their behaviour over the past few years.

“I won’t hold my breath.”

Recent reports indicating Harry’s willingness to temporarily re-engage with royal duties, particularly in light of King Charles’ health concerns, were met with swift and harsh rebuttals from sources in the UK.

Despite warm exchanges between father and son, as reported by The Times, the prospect of Harry stepping into a royal role during his father’s illness was met with skepticism and resistance.
