Love Island winner Jess Harding is branded ‘a fake and a liar’ and accused of ‘scamming poor people’ by unveiling result of fat loss treatment – as she hits back at cruel troll

Love Island winner Jess Harding hit back at a cruel critic after she was accused of being a ‘liar and a fake’ to ‘poor people’ with her posts.

The reality star and aesthetics practitioner, 23, took to Instagram to plug EMSCULPT®, a procedure which is the world’s only non-invasive body treatment that burns fat, while also toning muscle.

Sharing images of her lingerie-clad figure in before and after shots, Jess was endorsing the treatment which alleges to ‘visibly reduce fat by up to 19%, while also increasing muscle mass by up to 16%’, leading to the row with a fan.

The critic wrote: ‘I’ve had Emsculpt, it was very expensive and for you to make poor girls believe they get results like that from one session you think that’s fair do you? I’m not negative, I hate liars and fakes. And it’s unfair what you doing’.

Jess, who won series 10 of the show last year with ex-boyfriend Sammy Root, swiftly hit back stating that she believed in the results of the treatment and that she had been going to the gym to ‘tone up and feel good’ – not to be disingenuous.

Jess looked incredible in the snaps, which displayed her figure to perfection in a duo of sizzling lingerie looks – with her contrasting frame shown in both.

The troll hit back writing: ‘I’m not negative, I hate liars and fakes. And it’s unfair what you doing as an influencer’. Jess soon snapped back, penning: ‘I’ve literally paid for a session and loved the results, what’s your issue?’

Her follower then replied: ‘I’ll follow who I wanted. I liked you until you started being fake. You bragged in the villa about being natural and not going to the gym etc, but that was short lives too’, leaving Jess penning: ‘Apparently going to the gym is fake?’

Clearly riled by the criticism, Jess then replied writing: ‘If you don’t have anything nice to say don’t say anything at all. Yes because I wanted to start the gym because I feel great after it and wanted to tone up?’

Jess soared to fame on Love Island, alongside her then-boyfriend Sammy, before their sad split just weeks after leaving the show.

In January, Sammy spoke about his shock split from Jess, revealing there’s ‘no blame on anyone’. The former couple decided to go their separate ways after their ‘relationship changed since leaving the villa’.

Sammy, 22, has detailed the struggles they faced after leaving Mallorca and revealed why he’s not looking to get into another relationship anytime soon.

Speaking exclusively to MailOnline, he said: ‘I think what a lot of people don’t understand is that you are going from a sheltered villa with around 10 people in it, to the whole world in your ear.

He continued: 'When you come out and you're trying to work on your own career, all of this put together, it is hard to still have a nice, easy-going relationship and I think sometimes it just affects you a little bit'

‘So yeah, I think that’s where it was, but there’s no blame on anyone.’

When asked if he’s enjoying being single, Sammy responded: ‘I mean, I’m literally just working on myself, trying to better myself, and that’s all I’m really caring about.

‘I’m fresh out of a breakup. I’m not really looking to get into another one or anything, I’m literally just working on my career right now and trying to have a bit of fun in the meantime as well.’

At the time, Sammy shared a lengthy statement where he admitted the relationship had hit the rocks, but that he had been trying to save it, in an apparent swipe against Jess.

Sammy added that he had only discovered that the couple had officially parted ways through the media and was in a ‘total shock.’
