Currently, the official export of fresh lychees to the Southwest China market through the Kim Thành II International Road Border Gate (Kim Thành Border Gate) is proceeding smoothly and quickly, with completion by each morning.

Authorities at the border gate have arranged, directed traffic, and expedited procedures quickly, prioritizing fresh lychees for export to ensure smooth operations.

According to statistics from the Lao Cai Border Gate Customs Sub-department, since the beginning of 2024, more than 13,620 tons of fresh lychees from Bac Giang and Hai Duong have been exported to the Chinese market through the Kim Thành Border Gate.
