Josie Gibson and Rylan Clark presenter This Morning on Monday and Tuesday
This Morning viewers have issued a plea for Josie Gibson and Rylan Clark to be made the permanent hosts of the show.
The duo, who stepped in for regular presenters Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard on Monday and Tuesday, charmed the audience with their rapport as they temporarily took charge.
With Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary also on hiatus, the sentiment from fans was loud and clear on X this Tuesday.
One enthusiastic fan posted online: “Josie and Rylan are a great Duo As iconic Host Together Please make them permanent #ThisMorning.”
Echoing the sentiment, another viewer tweeted: “I wish @Rylan presented This Morning every day! It’s fun to have him with Josie as well. #ThisMorning,” as reported by the Mirror.
A third admirer shared: “Lovely seeing Rylan on #ThisMorning, a breath of fresh air,” and another chimed in, praising: “#ThisMorning Must say @Rylan and Josie are looking lovely this morning!”

Pleased with the new hosting dynamic, one viewer remarked: “Keep Josie and Rylan it’s the first time I can watch again! #thismorning,” and another urged: “#ThisMorning make them permanent. Josie and Rylan make the show worth watching.. Ben and Cat are not suited together nor individually for this show! “.
In a further shake-up last week, Josie appeared alongside Craig Doyle after Dermot and Alison announced they were taking a break.

At the end of July, Dermot informed his colleague Rochelle Humes that he would be off the airwaves until September.
Dermot exchanged a heartfelt embrace with Rochelle, expressing his gratitude by saying: “Thank you very much,” to which she replied: “It’s been lovely.”
He then confirmed his time off, announcing: “So I’m back with Ali [Alison] in September on the first Friday so I guess that’s the 6th.”
Rochelle shared her own plans, stating: “I am taking the kids away for a bit and then I am back here in a couple of weeks,” and while giving Dermot a high-five, she added: “With Joel Dommett.”
