Poa suffered a painful injury during LSU’s matchup against Ole Miss in the SEC conference semifinals. She hit her head and neck on the court after she attempted to draw a charge on Ole Miss’s Madison Scott. As a result, she fell under the basket and was stretchered off the court.
She was then transported to St. Francis Hospital in Greenville, South Carolina, and was diagnosed with a concussion along with movement in her extremities. Fortunately, there wasn’t any serious damage as her CT scan came clean.
With the looks of it, Poa is about to hit the court soon alongside her team, till then let’s explore what LSU’s way forward as the No. 3 seed in Albany 2 Region looks like.
