With just a week left until the highly anticipated charity golf match between the Splash Brothers and NFL stars Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce, Steph is still enjoying his vacation. Despite the news of Jordan Poole being traded right before his $128 million contract extension took effect, the four-time champion has been spotted simply relaxing with his wife, Ayesha Curry, in Hawaii.

Before the start of the 2023 Draft, Mike Dunleavy Jr. made his first move as the General Manager of the San Francisco team.

Those three dots could convey a lot about the man’s current feelings. More than anything else, they seem to indicate that he was surprised by the trade. Perhaps there is a sense of betrayal present here. But how does Stephen Curry feel about this situation?

While many expected him to be devastated after his protege was traded away, the nine-time All-Star seems to be at peace with the front office’s decision. Or at least that is the impression given by the photos on Ayesha’s Instagram stories.

After fulfilling all their commitments by traveling to various parts of the nation for different events, Ayesha and Stephen Curry finally got some much-deserved vacation time. The agile guard will have little time to relax once he returns from Hawaii. Teaming up with teammate Klay Thompson, the Warriors’ backcourt duo will compete against NFL stars Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce in a 12-hole golf match – “The Match”.

Following the contest, Chef Curry is sure to be seen scrimmaging quite a bit to get a head start on the 2023-24 NBA season. And in that case, it wouldn’t be surprising to see him working out with new teammate Chris Paul.

How will the roster change with Chris Paul’s addition?

It is reasonable to assume that CP3 will start alongside Curry. Consequently, the veteran guard’s inclusion in the starting lineup would likely lead to Kevon Looney, or another starter, transitioning to a sixth-man role.

With Draymond Green (assuming he re-signs with the Warriors) playing at Center, the team will be significantly undersized. Nonetheless, they have played plenty of high-level basketball with their small lineup.

Undoubtedly, the Point God will provide leadership and bring a wealth of experience. He will not only be an asset on the court but also serve as a mentor figure for several young players in the locker room. Personally, we cannot wait to see how successful this move will turn out to be.
