Socio-political organizations at all levels actively promote and mobilize savings, striving to achieve and surpass fundraising targets at commune levels.

Mobilizing savings into CSXH reflects profound humanitarian values, harnessing idle capital within the population, generating income for depositors, and supplementing resources for CSXH to implement social credit programs.

This contributes to sustainable poverty reduction goals, building new rural areas, and socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous regions, ensuring social welfare.

With the spirit of “each person contributes a little”, collective financial resources enhance social credit funding, meeting the financial needs of the poor and other policy beneficiaries.

Through the “Collective Savings for the Poor” program, efforts focus on mobilizing resources to timely disburse preferential credit programs for the poor and other policy beneficiaries.
